Paula Andrea Cárdenas-Hernández is a Ph.D. student and a Delaware Environmental Institute (DENIN) fellow at the University of Delaware. Her research aims to understand the mechanisms and develop predictive models for iron oxide-Fe2+ mediated reductive transformation of munitions compounds in soils and groundwater.
