About the Contributor

Mr. Hatton is a senior engineer in Jacob’s environmental remediation group. He has over 30 years of applied engineering experience investigating and remediating emerging contaminants and other compounds. This experience includes understanding the behavior of contaminants in the subsurface, applying that understanding to remediation processes, testing and developing remediation processes, and applying those processes to contaminated sites. Mr. Hatton is an advisor for Poly- and Perfluoroalkyl Substances - U.S. National Investigation of Transport & Exposure from Drinking Water and Diet and a co-author of Environmental Investigation and Remediation: 1,4-Dioxane and Other Solvent Stabilizers (Second Edition).
